I see two possibilities...
First now that Petruchio and Katherine have calm down, they can finally notice each other in a loving fashion. Especially after the final speech that Katherine gives at the end of the play foreshadow's a happy ending for both Petruchio and Katherine. Also if Kate finds out about the bet, she might be really happy about that Petruchio. loves her more than the gold (for he was willing to risk so much) Lastly the way that Petruchio was happy and followed his Kate out of the halls or the chambers (can be taken both ways), shows the happiness of both the couples.
Second, I see the opposite happening, or in other words Katherine feels used again. If Katherine sees Petruchio carry the money out of the wedding of Bianca and Luciento, Katherine my start her tantrum all over again and might dare to dismiss her husband. Also since Petruchio followed Katherine out of the hall, I still believe that the battle of the sexes might go on.
